Next is to instruct an architect, you can either choose your own or we can recommend one for your style of project. The architect would then visit site to do detailed measurements and provide a few design options for you to choose from.

The architect will then complete a set of building regulation drawings which are crucial to determine what products are to be used and the specification of the overall build.

Now we have all the relevant information you are now ready to receive quotations for the build.

This is where we highly recommend using a qualified quantity surveyor, you can either choose your own or we can recommend one. This gives you the peace of mind the build is costed accurately with a transparent break down for you the client and the contractor.
